Is this procedure (apart from the telephone number, which is unreachable outside the US)also valid from outside the US?
In any case, it involves me paying money for reporting a bug. It should be in IBM's interest to have bugs reported. I agree that if I want support, I'll have to pay, but reporting a bug (without requiring feedback) should be FREE!
